La profesora de la Escuela de Formación Docente, Verónica García-Castro, completó recientemente una pasantía de investigación en la Universidad de Padua, Italia. Dicha experiencia se realizó gracias a las becas cortas otorgadas por la OAICE que abren nuevas posibilidades para la investigación del cuerpo académico universitario; en este caso la visita se ha convertido en una oportunidad para la innovación en el campo de la enseñanza y el aprendizaje del idioma inglés en Costa Rica.

Un proyecto liderado por la carrera de Bachillerato en la Enseñanza del Inglés de la Escuela de Formación Docente (EFD) de la Facultad de Educación en colaboración con el Centro de Investigación en Neurociencias (CIN), de la Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR) promueve un proceso de formación continua dirigido a docentes de secundaria para acompañar y mejorar componentes de vocabulario y comprensión lectora en los procesos de enseñanza del inglés.
Les invitamos al Taller de Enseñanza de Ciencias en Inglés.
Ofrece estrategias para enseñar ciencias en este idioma, apoyando a estudiantes con diferentes niveles lingüísticos para mejorar la comprensión de nuestro contenido.
